Frequently Asked Questions
We have the latest CNC and bridge saw technology in our workshops, giving us sub-millimetre accuracy. So, in short, very accurate.
No we do not. In the interest of creating low-cost worktops at speed, we only offer straightforward worktops. However, our sister company Classico Marble can send you a quote for any holes or recesses cut into your worktops. As this is higher risk and requires digital templating, we would pass you over to our colleagues there who will create a free, no-obligation quote for you. Email them now with your request and details of your worktops on estimates@classicomarble.co.uk
We offer a standard straight edge profile only. This is sometimes called an Eased profile. The edge is straight with a very small bevel on the top and bottom corners.
We do not deliver. You can pick up your worktops or send your installation/fitting team to pick them up from our workshops in Langley, Mon to Thurs 7am to 5:30pm.
We offer two ranges of quartz: You can see them all on our Worktop Materials page. Our Premium range is by Stone Italiana and is fully certified, accredited, low VOC and low silica. Our Pietra range is our standard quartz range and includes five marble or quartzite-look options.
All our materials except one (White Teti) are only available in a polished finish. White Teti is only available in a grain finish, which is a fine matte finish that feels soft to the touch. See the different materials on our Materials page here.
We do not offer installation.
You can collect from our workshops at Unit 2, Stacey’s Yard, Station Road, Langley, Slough SL3 6DB. The workshops are very close to Langley station. Our opening hours are Mon to Thurs 7am to 5:30pm.

Our Premium range will be more expensive than our Standard Pietra range. To get a price, input your dimensions into our Instant Quote builder here.
All the worktops we offer are 20mm thickness. If you need thicker than that, you will need to liaise with our sister company Classico Marble. You can contact them on estimates@classicomarble.co.uk
As our Premium and Standard quartz ranges come in slabs that are 3m by 1.4m, the maximum worktop size that we can cut for you is 2.8m by 1.6m. You can build a longer or bigger worktop by creating two worktops and joining them together. If you are going to do this, we would advise that you hire a worktop fitter to install them for you, make sure they are fully supported in situ and create a seamless join between the two worktops.
We can create small sections of worktop, just use our quote builder. We plan each project to use as much of each slab as possible to keep wastage at a minimum and we use all unused sections of slabs including offcuts. Our sister company Classico Marble has an online library of offcuts that you are welcome to browse and buy direct from them here.
If you are unsure which material to choose before ordering, you can order samples. All types of worktop samples can be ordered online via our worktop materials page.
